With the holidays in the horizon, it’s clear time is moving swiftly. A lot of progress has been made within the organization. With the addition of the new G500 and the Phenom 300E, comes four newly qualified drivers: Gene, Scott, Andrew, and Chris. Additionally, the King Air will be flown by Steve G starting in December 2019. As of this month, JetsPlus is on the donor organ transport preferred list for a company called Transplant Service out of the bay area. We are currently setting up the logistics to ensure our opportunity to save lives gets off the ground.
As you know, we are excited to welcome Beau Carter in Charter Sales as an outstanding addition to the team. Beau comes to us with extensive experience in chartering for small, medium, and large cabin Jets. We look forward to his optimism and eagerness to increase our market share while working along side Leah, Jessica, and the flight crew. The successes we experience would not happen if not for the great work of our maintenance crew, Jeff and Fred, placing the Phenom into service while managing our extensive fleet of aircrafts (inclusive of the C-182 and C-172 to be used to support the operation when needed.)
In the past weeks, Joe has been diligently working to ensure the proper support is in place to make this happen by rescheduling pilots and aircrafts to cover availability. Bethsie and Leslie are working together to provide the financial structure and the budget necessary to support our growth . Future planning focuses on customers, employees, growth, and emerging future markets. There are many moving parts in our plans that will give us the momentum we need to lead us to the level of prosperity we aspire to and can reach. Enjoy what you do and each other as a team.
